Xiaomi India — misguide and not response in well manner | |||
Pl. Note i have mi mobile red mi 5a bought from db mall bhopal location in 17/06/2018, in nov-18 month phone getting black and white screen, i visited mi service center in jyoti complex iris spectra bhopal, after checking they declared that my mobile's mother board needs to change as it is damaged, i visited to another service center they checked and declared that no issues in mother board only need to change display folder and previous service center has treated my mobile as out of warranty as my mobile is in warranty period. Pl. Explain why iris specrtra service center's persons misguided me and not given proper solution as well written in invoice as my mobile is damaged due to water, pl. Note there is no water issued in my mobile. Pl. Take necessary actions by today, its urgent and serious.
