Xiaomi India — miss guide and take extra money than the cost of mobile battery

Today i replace my battery from mi mobile care centre from narnaul haryana, costomer executive told me that service charge 118 rs only and if any assesary be replace only cost of assesary be charged, not service charge and update charge also not be charged, but when i agree to change my battery in my mobile, the amount more charged from me than bettery cost, total cost charged from me 1238/- but actually cost of battery are 699 /-.
