On 23rd Sept 2021, I purchased POCO X3 PRO mobile but within a year mobile got dead. I visited service center and asked for the repair but seeing my mobile they said mobile won't get repair but will give new mobile i.e. POCO X4 PRO, but this device processor is less than POCO X3 PRO.
I requested them to repair my same device or else refund my money but they said I don't have other option even though my device is under warranty. Now they given POCO X4 PRO mobile to me.
POCO X3 pro I purchased just because of Snapdragon 860 chipset but this device processor is Snapdragon 695 5G chipset.
I do live stream on youtube and minimum 800 chipset is required which is not in POCO X4 PRO.
Now my request to XIAOMI is mobile is still under warranty So, either they given me refund orelse mobile which have more than 800 chipset will be satisfy to me.
You action on this matter will be highly appreciate.
