Xiaomi India — mobile handset xiaomi india money debited from account but not refunded | |||
I have ordered redmi note 8 pro on 29th nov 2019, money deducted from my debit card but order was not placed. When i contacted mi customer service they said that money has not been received and transaction was failed due to time out error. Then i contacted bank they investigated and provide me proof for transaction being successful and merchant has received at their end. Again i contacted mi customer support this time they told me that amount not received. When i conveyed the same message to bank they are showing the proof that merchant has received money. I am become sandwich between merchant and bank and suffering from last 17 days. Both are blaming each other for action items. No one providing proper resolution to the issue.
