My name is chaman kadam
i am using readmi 3s prime from the last 3 months
last week i was charging my phone and my charger burst out on its own
i went to mi service centre to ghe very next day and asked them replace my charger as it is in warranty but they did not help and ask me to complain online and upload picture

now this is what we have to do i am regretting that i have purchased phone from your company
customer satisfaction should be your main priority, i will be happy if you will resolve my problem
