We have purchased mobile “Redmi Note 3 Gold 32G” online which is delivered on 2nd November, 16 as per following details.

We have found the screen defected “Display spot”, on same day, on 3rd October a complaint was lodged at Customer HotLine no:[protected], support executive asked to visit nearest service center available in Indore to diagnose the problem.
We have visited service center they also find same problem and issued a “DOA certificate”.
Almost 15 Day's gone and there is no definite response. False promises to get a call revert within 48 hrs of time.
No call back. The defective piece has not been picked up.
I need a refund now. Every time a customer service executive has no clue about the after service. They don't know when the defective product will be picked up.
I am really disappointed with this sort of response from MI team.
If my mail reach to the top of the executive, kindly concern of a customer complaint.
or answer of these question?
Who will pay the interest of one month time - amount paid on delivery and delayed in product replacement.
If product price is decreased after a month, will this amount will be born by you?
If your answer is NO ! than you people understand the pain of the customer and think you and me are not earning the money to get the false services.
also share the contact no of senior person to whom i can contact get the refund of this product.
