I was submitted my redmi y2 to v care infomatics mi authorised service centre on 24 feb 2020 for the headphone jack issue which is not supported for mic with volume control buttons and then they given my cellphone back to me same day but my problem was not resolved that time and they also apologize for that. But when they give me my cellphone back, my cellphone's lock button was not working properly and they didn't took the responsibility of that thing and even now not resolving the problem too.
