Xiaomi India — MUsic Player Stops

Hi, My music player stops in between while music is playing. Also before stopping it gives rash sound. After sometime it always stops. Also, my volume down key is not working. Kindly Suggest me what has to be done. If possible call on number: 91- [protected]

Redmi 1s Service Center taking more than 2 months for repair

My Redmi 1s stopped booting and customer care is saying it will take more than 2 month for repair. The receipt is attached below.
