Xiaomi India — My fon is dead with in 3 month and i have submitted that in service center janakpuri | |||||
I have puchased this mobile from xiaomi india website on 19 may 2016 and that is manufacture default that get switch off automatically many time but on 12 of aug i found its switch off than i plug the charger for 4 hrs but is not on than i submitted that moblie on 17 of aug 2016 at the time of submittion they told me we will repair this issue within 15 day. After 15 days when i visited to the service center the told me that we need 5 day when i visited after 5 day the told me "hame thoda or tym chahiye". For this i have chat with the customer care 3 times al the tym the told we will right back to you with in 48 hrs but all the time i didnt get any update. I had chat endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but i didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances. I regret my decision of purchasing xiomi redmi note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which i have gone through.
