I am purchase redmi 2 prime from mi.com on 30/11/2015 . my ordered deleveried on 04/12/2015 but my screen has defolted i have complain the mi.com on 04/12/2015. aaj 31/12/2015 ho gaya hai lekin abhi tak phone pickup nahi hua hai ...please help me
