I have purchased Xiaomi 12 pro (12GB + 256GB) from MI home near me.But there was charging problem and foggy camera issue with the device.So I submitted my device in service centre on 23rd, July, 2022 and after a week of continuous follow up they provide me a replacement on 29th, July, 2022 . But the replaced device has the same issue of foggy camera when we record video in low temperature. I again visit the service centre and the service centre manager Mr. Sonu Kumar said “your issue will resolve in one week I will e-mail to backend team and until then you can keep your device“ and on 6th, August, 2022 I visit the service centre again and they install miui version from their computer and said it will resolve your problem, but it didn’t resolve my problem and it still exist. So I again visit to service centre on 8th, August, 2022 and tell the manager to provide me the refund of the product because I can’t continue my work with a defective product. The manager said I will forward mail for refund to the backend team. But now it's been 6 days and 21 days of suffering from their service I didn't get my refund. Whenever I call the service center they replied your process is still pending on backend side. I am so much frustrated with their negative responses.So please help me with the refund process it would be a great help for me.
