I ordered product from xiaomi on 18 Sep 2020, also made online payment. Find attachment for email & text msg.
My order id Order ID #[protected].
But till date there's no response from Xiaomi. I am not able to track my order on their link provided & in my xiaomi account website.
I also complained about two times on xiaomi service, but got no postive response about my order delivery status.
I want to cancel my order & get refund but mi service care not talking clearly, saying wait till my order will deliver & then cancel.
Is it what type of service, i need immediate refund???
