Xiaomi India — Network problem - redmi note 3

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i have procured one redminote 3 phone from flip kart on dated 28th jun 2016.
But the problem is that for for the 1st week i have used one bsnl sim and that works fine.
After i put another airtel sim i face the network problem with the handset.

For that i have called to flip kart for replacement but they denied as it completed 10 day’s.
For that i shown the same in the mi service centre where they have updated the mobile.

But they told me that the mother board has got some problem for that the mother board will change.

I really disappoint as the new set and i am not satisfied.
For that i want a replacement of the same.

Mi has a brand name in india and due to feedback from other users i brought this phone.
To retain the brand name i would request you to kindly replace the same with a new one.

I sumbit my phone in service center last one month but company not return & says that your phone is not repair so please repair my phone as soon as possible.
