Xiaomi India — new mobile redmi note 9 pro defective piece

On 22.05.2020 i had purchased new xiaomi redminote 9 pro, immediately i fount that it has some cencor problem, and some other functions also not working properly, immediately on 23.05.2020 i had visited mi sevice centre, there they also found mobile has some cencor and function issue, they told me after software installation problem will some, but after new sotfware installation the same problem was found, they told me that i have to wait for long time as some other software was not available and new phone are also not available, my point is one day before i have purchased new mobile phone within 24 hours problem was deducted so why should i have to wait, company should immediately prove me new phone.. Why should i have to wait for many days, and people over there cannot give me satisfactory answer overall very poor and worst service. At the end it's my humble request you to please take some immediate action..
