The phone came to me in damaged condition when contacted customer care they said it's liquid damage so not in warranty even after me receiving it in damaged condition. I till date have not seen the phone on even once and the phone has been bought 4 months. So as 12 k has already gone down the drain they told me to pay rs 4050 for the repair and courier so i agreed. They shipped the phone back after 2 months. The courier guys over phone informed i need to pay extra courier charges as xiomi has not informed them that it has already been paid. I told them i will speak to customer care & inform you. They didn't even come to the given address with the product but send it back to the service center. After that day every week for the last 2 months i call mi customer care & they say it will soon be delivered or it has been given for courier or it will soon be delivered giving fake tracking id with no results. Please advise what should be done. Now mi customer care phone number can only be reached after trying for minimum 200 timed i[censored] still have the patience left.
