I am writing to you to raise an issue about: mobile phone order

The issue that i have experienced was: my order is taking long time to be delivered. I should receive my order by 3rd of this month.
The delivery executive says that.. During there scanning... The product was not found in the courier.

It occurred on: 3/12/2019

Kinldy send me the order as early as possible
