I have purchased tv on 09/08/2020 and got delivered and from 9/08/2020, i have reached to customer care and got the installation slot booked raised an installation request and with the slot booked on 14/08/2020 in b/w : 12:00pm to 03:00pm with token : tv01136810 but no one responded. Again i made a call to customer care and raised a complaint : woin[protected], since it is 36hrs none of them have reached out to me
When i call to the engineers most of them have replied tat you will be receiving the call by eve, still didn't receive any response.
Forexample : replacement policy is only 10 days after date of delivery and if we get the installation after 10 to 15 days from the date of delivery, what if we there is a manufacturing defect in tv found after 10 days, that will not be replaced right then who is the responsible for that?
