Xiaomi India — No proper response for mi band replacement.

I raise an dispute stating the manufacturing fault in MI Band, so i send my MI Band to MI office after the confirmation from your side., But till date no confirmation from the MI side, but courier company tacking said it got delivered on April 27th . But till date no confirmation and any message about the replacement.
Always your support guys in calls either redirect to email support or simply disconnecting it. Till date no response from MI.
Tried all modes of complaint raising through phones, messages, tweet, facebook, email
