Xiaomi India — No repair service provided for under warranty product | |||
I had purchase MI4I online directly from MI India website. The invoice number is[protected] dated Oct 3, 2015. The phone recently after software update had got loop issues and was not starting. I had submitted the phone to MI service center on June 27, 2016. The service order number was WXIN[protected]. The service center had initially informed that phone will be repaired within 10-15 days due to shortage of part. After 15 days everyday I used to call service center but nobody used to answer the call. I also raised complaint on MI call center which was registered through grievance number[protected]. After keeping the phone for 40 days I finally visited the service center and the phone was yet not repaired. The product is under warranty and not in working condition.
