Damage handset delivered by xiaomi india (Redmi note 3) Order no. [protected] [service request no. 160616-001218] On 1st of june 2016, i had ordered redmi note 3 (3gb - 32gb dark grey) handset from mi india official website. Based on which order number : [protected] was generated. When mobile phone was delivered to me on 6th of june 2016, i found that device was damaged. It had broken screen and scratches in front part of handset near mic. I immediately logged complaint on 7th june 2016 through customer care and mail as well. Incident number : 160616-001218 got generated. Still no replacement has been given to me by mi india. I have been taking follow up since last 3 months but every time i get one repeated answer : "you case is already escalated, replacement team will give you replacement at earliest".
