This is to bring in your notice that we have sent our red mi note 3 through pick and drop service on 7th of july, 2016.
Its been 22 days that the phone is with service center and we are regularly calling and even mailing the concerned customer support but they have only one solution that is wait for some time.
The thing is that why we are not provided with some logical solution and even its not told to us that at which time or date, are we going to receive our given phone.
