Its been 30 days since i submitted my device (poco x3 pro) in the xiaomi service center.
my phone died on 29/12/2022 and i submitted my phone on 30/12/22 which is right after next day they told me that it will take 8-12 working days to repair your phone i waited for 12 days and i didn't recieve any update from the xiaomi team or service center then i filed a complaint on 13th january 2022 then poco customer care called me and told me to wait and assured me that your problem will be resolved before 25/01/23 once again no response from the team i called them on 25th now they are saying it will take more time and they didnt solved my issue many users in india have faced the same issue and no goverment action has beeen taken againest the company they are looting india only i am a middle class student i used to study on that phone i don't have money to purchase any other phone i purchased that phone at rs 19500 it was a huge amount for me now i request the people of india to stand together and take sudden action againest the poco company Was this information helpful? |
