Xiaomi India — No service support from service center in 7 months from purchase | |||||
I had terrible experience after buying your the phone of mi brand (xiaomi india) model no mi-339- mi31-16 g dual sim. i bought this mobile phone On 7 th october 2015. its charging port got broken on 21st may (7th month from purchase). hence it is still in warranty period. and i submitted To their park street service center, i was given job sheet, no js[protected] dated 23 may 2016. almost 2 months are over and yet my mobile set has not been repaired. i went several times to their service center but got disappointed every time on hearing that the parts in not available. if they are Unable to provide the spare part, they should replace with a new mobile Immediately. i wrote to their online customer support, website: www.mi.com/in on 25 june 2016 to which they replied on 27th june 2016 and asked for snapshot of job sheet and service center location, which i gave them by email reply on the same day but from that day their did not give me any reply, or solution, nor the service center repaired the phone or gave me a new phone. Service center location:-xiaomi exclusive-kolkata, 20h park street, ground floor kolkata 700016 This is cheating and harassment, which is unacceptable. i want my phone repaired immediately or want a new phone given, as it is covered by warranty.
