Xiaomi India — Non availability of battery within 2 years, not getting co-operation from Service center, | |||||
I just want to purchase a Redmi 1S battery from MI for my Redmi 1S mobile phone which is not more than 2 yrs old. 1st: I talked with customer care chat service where they guide me the about service center list from which I already called and faced bad experiences. One service center (Kolkata B2X Service Solutions 115/B Cannel Street, Sree Bhumi, Kolkata[protected] attend call and other service center (Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center Infinity Benchmark Building, Ground Floor, Shop no. 1, Sector 5, Salt Lake City Kolkata 700091) I personally visit which is near to my office. Both are told product not available and not ensure when they can make it available. And suggest me I need to keep the handset with them until they can get the battery which is very illogical. Below other two service center are continue not responding or switch off Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, Arya Regency Building, NO 1, andul raj road, near Hazra crossing, behind jatindas park metro station, Kolkata - 700026. Phone - [protected] Switch off AND Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, 20-H, Park Street, Kolkata. Phone[protected] Not responding till last 3 working days Have so many email regarding this to customer care [protected]@mailsy.custhelp.com but the authority not ready take responsibility to arrange this product or not ready accept that service center number are not accessible. It is not possible to travel each and every service center and ask for battery. My Question is: Why need to publish contact number ? Is this a customer service?
