Xiaomi India — Non delivery of Ordered Item

An order for Redmi 2 was placed on 7th Sept. 2015 but till date 21/09/2012 product not delivered. 4-5 emails have been sent and one or two have been replied telling "your order status is showing under shipping. It would take 5 to 7 working days for any product to get delivered so would request you to wait" and "your order status is showing under shipping. However, when I asked MI India's registered office details, she replied that "as of now e do not have this information", closed the chat and vanished. Request you to provide their contact details.
