Xiaomi India — non operations of product under warranty and unavailability of spare parts

I am setu maheshwari using an mi note 4 mobile phone which is under warranty period but it's not charging by its charger i went to mi customer care store they said it's spare parts are out of stock, already one month completed but they have not done anything until now. I went to them they said till next 15 days they can not do anything but 20 days already passed still they have not processed my complaints.
