I bought the redmi 2 prime.. i had some issue with the camera.. Literally xiaomi have the worst service centre respon ever.. its been more than 2 months my phn is with the service centre... I was told that it may take 2 weeks max but its been more than 2 months.. and now even after calling many times sending many mails and chats they have diverted my contact number to a voice mail box.. but when i call then with a different contact number the alwys pick up.. atlrst as a courtesy as a responsible brant its their responsibility to inform us about the product status and delivery time.. now its heighy.. and i am going for RTI and consumer court... Atleast as a Part of CSR thr brand have to inform about the status.. my enquiry number is [protected] My complaint num.[protected]. M from dehradun and so have no service center here and hence have to call for xiaomi pickmi service.. i need my phone within this week or else i am going legal on this..
