Xiaomi India — Not Responding | |||||
Hello Sir, I am Rahul Patel bought MI4I phone. I am having problem in my phone, problem is Front side camera and Hotspot. I already submitted my phone to service center and its work order No :- SUR/XM/15/03955 WO Date 04 set 2015, it is submitted on 4th Sept 2015, today date is 28th September and I still haven't received my phone, for this I raise complain again this and my complain id is 539996, ven after complaining and calling customer service center so many times, no one has taken any action, neither anyone have contact me from MI Mobile Services, so finally I take my decision to submit a complain against this. its true that there are very few parts available in india... and i have heard they are working on but how much longer will it take no idea.. i even heard from my friend that if your battery dies & you are out of warranty period then your mobile is of no use because of lack of parts.. its sad to hear bad technical support from such a great company
