Xiaomi India — not responding complaint no[protected] [incident:[protected]] | |||
I have clled tooll free no lots of time for mobile issue this is followed from last 2months For my complaint check previous mail I don't have knowledge to communicate through mail each and every time i depend on my friend to type mail so i ask customer care person in toll free number to contact in tamil by your technical team. Even i ask toll free no many times but not get proper solution for my complaint. I need to contact your technical team person through mobile and not in mail regarding this i ask the person from toll free they said there is no option to contact through mobile and you can contact through only by mail. Oct 31st service center manager called me and ask about the status of my mobile form company side and request me to shar if any info from your side ie is from company And one day i got call from xiaomi india on oct 31 evening 4 pm said that your mobile returned to company from service center because the mobile not holding in service center for long time. And immediatle i called toll free no and ask about status they said that the mobile is in service center Was this information helpful? | |||
