I had purchased Xiaomi's Note 4 G phone through Flipkart in January 2015. Few days back my phone was not being switched on, so i took it to the service center in Kalkaji New Delhi. When the service engineer inspected the phone he told me that the battery connector is damaged and needs to be replaced for which I am supposed to Pay Rs 3600/- since this is not covered under warranty. I am shocked to get such a response since I had never opened the battery and there is no way that can be damaged by me since I never opened the battery cover. It means the product was defective from the beginning . The company is not ready to accept this and is not replacing it.
This kind of attitude is not expected from such a huge company which is selling so many handsets everyday. Was this information helpful? |
