I purchased note5 pro on 28 October 2018. It is switching off automatically again and again. I spoke to the customer care executive who told me that the handset will be replaced if the service center is not able to resolve my issue. I went to the service center where the phone's software was updated and I was told that the issue is resolved but even after several visits to the service center my phone is in same condition. It is switching off again and again on its own. My work is being disturbed because of the phone. I am truly dissatisfied with this service of mi and I would not recommend mi to anyone Was this information helpful? |
