Ekart tracking id: xmip[protected]., i have booked redmi note 8 pro gama green 6gb, 128 gb online on 13th nov flash sale., and paid online rs.16998/-., from that day i am waiting for delivery of my new mobile., daily i am contacting call center, the answer i got was please wait for your timeline., after i loged a complaint regarding non delivery of my product on 22th nov., they asked me wait till 26th nov., on 26th nov they deliberately closed my 22nd complaint and the reason they wrote was "phone not answered"., i have given my workig number [protected] this number is 24 x 7 on, and my alternate number [protected]., i didn't get any call from mi or the ekart., till today i am wasting daily 2 hours in contacting mi / ekart., no any use., still no progress in delivery., mi is not supporting in giving ekart contact details., if we pressurize they are giving ekart numbers which are not working.
