Hi, The subject order was placed on a exchange basis. The delivery person didn't accept the old phone. I didn't have a problem with that. It happened on 12th oct. I thought that the refund would initiate. But mi store has very pathetic process. After calling the customer ceners more than 5 to 6 times and many email communications, i was told that refund i'd has been generated., refund would be expected before nov 02. My money is locked in mi for more than 20 to 25 days which is very much unfair. The worst part i did is that looking for mi phone using exchange. The process that mi follows is totally unfair and not customer centric. I am totally averse with the process delay for refund initiation and effecting the payment.
