Sir i bought an earphone from the site and it turned out to be defective and thus i made a call to their customer support team telling them the problem!
they were not being supportive . they are insisting me to visit the local xiomi centre and get my product examined by their guy and only after that they will be able to procede furthur...sir there is nowhere written on their return/replacement policy webpage that the customer has to visit the centre for examination...it said that in case of any defect, their own examination will make it eligible for return...no other website causes this much in convenience.kindly make them take this defective product back and therefore refund the money immediately!
