Xiaomi India — paid order of mi note 6 pro showing delivered actually not received | |||
I have ordered mi note 6 pro on 30 dec2018 but due to health problems and not having any smart phone i was unable to check but when i checked i saw it has delivered on 7 jan then i complainted in mi on 12 march there were so many conversations afterward today mi care people just says that your order has delivered on the address mentioned. This is my problem product shows delivered but actually not received by me. It is duty of xiaomi to confirm that the mobile has delivered to true person who has paid for it. Because i have paid 13, 999/- to xiaomi. They didn't gave me proof of delivery. Now, i want soft copy of i'd card like pan or aadhar which courier boy demands at the time of delivery and signature of the receiver. My complaint no.
