My name is vimal kumar, i have recently purchased mi max prime phone from mi.com website on monday 5th june, with order # [protected]. My phone worked for 3 days after which my phone was shutting down abruptly and this is happening every 10 mins.
I contacted mi care on 9th june and requested for support for which a complaint id[protected] was raised. I first spoke to ms lalitha who asked me to downgrade the miui from version 8.2.3 to 8.1.6 stable rom. I tried doing the same and it didnt work out, so i contacted next day and spoke to heena who advised to downgrade to developer rom version 7.2.5 which i tried that also didnt work out.
After that i called back again on 10th june and spoke to wasim who promised me that the case will be escalated to l2 team and informed that i will get a call back on monday that is on 12th june before 8 pm.
I waited till 5 pm yesterday no response from your team, hence i called back again and spoke to narasimma reddy who promised a call back before 8 pm and asked to wait. I waited till 8 pm sine there was no response i spoke to karan and asked for explanation. He requested for one last oppurtunity and promised that i will get a call back today before 12 pm without fail.
I waited again till 12 pm, no call received. I called back again and spoke to mr. Khasif who then transferred the call to floor supervisor mr. Ranjeet, now he has promised me that i will get a call back by tomorrow before 2 pm and had no answers on why there was no call back which i was promised earlier.
Now i am left with no option than to wait till tomorrow 2 pm for call back, failing which i will forced to approach consumer forum/court.
I am writing this deep pain, with a hope that my issue will get rectified and my phone to be replaced earliest possible. I will never come back to buy a xiaomi brand again. Please help to get this addressed for one last time.
