Xiaomi India — Pathetic Service center | |||||
Went 3 days for repairing MI4i phone(stopped working completely in one year only) in koramangala Banglore service center. Each time waited for three hours but couldn't speak to the service center person. Service Center was overcrowded and there were only two staff to handle the customer. It was complete mismanagement.
