Xiaomi India — phone got locked automatically post miui update.loss of data to unlock the phone. | |
I updated my redmi 4a mobile with the latest miui update recieved on my phone.But post update my phone which never had a screen lock was locked automatically by a screen lock .so i am unable to use the mobile and when reached the customer care they want me to reset the phone to unlock the phone.I lose all my data for which i dont even have a backup.The question is why shall i lose all my data for a problem or error from their side.I contacted all the possibata on the mobile including photos, videos, music, documents etc... please do help me in any way possible Thank you. Moreover when I asked for the email of nodal officer they say me that don't have a nodal officer and write as my problem has been solved.
