Xiaomi India — Phone issue not resolved

Hi,
My phone got hanged since yesterday, touched stopped working . When I sent it to service center they are saying that there is problem in MOTHERBOARD of phone and cost is more than 7000 rs. to resolve touch issue .
My phone is one month old and is in warranty but they are not listening my words.
I am helpless. Please find bellow details and do the needful .

Still my pH Battery backup is not correct
I went tb2x he says your pH is OK I won't take it to repair

In the music app people need to scroll down very much to find one song .
Please provide a search option in the music app.

Even before closing time service center in Vashi is not issuing token and ready to serve. I reached in the office 10 minutes before the closing time on 3rd Jul 2017., But they have closed the token machine and not issuing tokens.
