Xiaomi India — Phone Keeps rebooting from day 1, Company Helpdesk and service centers are not resolving the issue and causing more inconvience

Its been 6 hrs, spoken to 3 different representatives today and theirr engineer is still not come to pick the phone as agreed yesterday. Note : Order Placed on 16th June 2015 Received on 21st June 2015 Issue Faced : since day 1 it Keeps rebooting constantly. Contact the support on : 28th and since then have been in contact with them, the issue is still not resolved and they are not resolving the issue nor providing a replacement.
