Sir,
I have cell phone xiaomi mi4i there was a problem with the display as there were lines on the display. So I deposited it to the service centre in vashi in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra the service centre told me that it will take 10-15 days to be repaired . I deposited on 16th june 2016 and the delivery date was 30th June 2016 after 10 days when I called I received the answer that the spare parts are still not available and they asked me to wait for some more time I called on
companies toll free number to register the complaint but they also ask me to wait .I have no status of my complaint its 30th June 2016 today and when I called the service centre they said that the spare parts are still not available I don't understand when the service centre has given a 10-15 days delivery time and its almost exceeding the delivery date so why can't they help in my issue.
I am filing this complaint because as the service centre has not repaired my cellphone on time and being informing the company through the toll free number and raising complaint several times my complaint has had not been resolved. Was this information helpful? |
