Xiaomi India — phone replace

Good morning, my name is david and i bought a redmi note 4 on 14th august unfortunately the piece is bent i didn't realize it until i went to get a tampered on it as expected i was shocked and devastated that a new piece was defective, ive visited your service center and they want me to pay 4312 to correct the defect. I am very angry and upset that i have to spent a certain amount of money for a phone. I would request you too replace my phone asap because i need to travel from delhi on monday.
