Xiaomi India — Phone service delay | |||
Im kalyan suri and i have filed a claim for my mobile (redmi note 3) on 26 of may and my handset has been picked up on 28 of may. i had aslo cleared the access amout that has to be paid (370 rs) on june 12 and has been informed that i will get my hand set delivered by 29 of june. so its already 28 july now i didnt get my phone delivered. i had been informed that it would take 10-15 working days for the complete process as the spares are not avalable for which i have claimed. please help me out!!! Sir my redmi note 3 have many problems like doesn't charge and drope battery very fast and open app close automatically hanging problem
