Xiaomi India — Phone switch off and heating problem of REDMI NOTE 3 phone

I had gifted the phone to my father on his birthday and suddenly the problem starts of heating and switching off the phone along with self rebooting again and again.The worst part is when i took it to the service center they are giving time and further extending it. Complaining about that the company is not providing them parts. i am deeply frustrated now. Do solve it as soon as possible else I will sue you people for this highly unprofessional behavior.
