Dear Sir, We have lodge complain within Warranty period for my Redme 1S for suddenly DEAD while charging at your Service Center Abhinav Technologies Ahmedabad on 23.02.2015. After checking by them and found problem in Mother Board of the instrument and demand/order new Mother Board at your Head Office/Store for problem solved. But till to date not provided by your said office to your Service center Abhinav Technologies Ahmedabad. My problem hang-out by least 1 Month. Also Complain lodge On Toll free No.[protected] and give Ticket No. 74265. I m attached herewith Copy of lodge Complain. I m requested to you solved may problem at earliest. Also give details date/time when i receive my mobile.
