I have Bought two POCO M2 Phones (6GB, 128GB) on the same day (11/04/2020) one of the set is going very good but the other one is at the worst condition. Out of no-where one day | realized that the phone's battery is puffed little bit and not the condition is worst. | visited the Local Xiaomi Service Center with that problem but they are just giving me the same reply that they don't have the battery yet for a month almost. | also said them that | am providing all the battery replacement amount as an advance but still they said me that if | submit (handover) them my phone they can settle that matter within 3 to 4 working days. Now at that condition | don't have any standby device what should | do?
Secondly why is the battery been puffed. All my friends whom | recommended that phone all their phone is at super condition but why mine. | am Filing a Complaint to Xiaomi to look into that matter as I am very scared that at any condition if the phone blast or any other disaster happens, will the company take the responsibility Was this information helpful? |
