I have raised the complaint before 1 and half month ago complaint no- WOIN[protected] for my poco x3 pro dead after update. It was submitted on 27 march 2023 to the service center. Till date i don't have a single update or proper resolution from your respected team. Phone is under warranty and right now I don't want repair my phone. I want a replacement for my device with the same price. I'm very frustrated.Resolve it ASAP with high priority.
