Sir/Madam,
I regret to inform that I was purchased Poco X3 Pro mobile phone for my son on 22.11.2021 at flipkart.com and the same was not working from 03.06.2022. Further, I was approach authorized service center at Tondiarpet, Chennai 600 0021 on 04.06.2022. The service center personal/technician was verified my mobile and said that the motherboard was not functioning and they offer to replace a phone i.e, Redmi Note 10 Pro instead of POCO X3 PRO. But, I don't accept that offer because of my son wants the same POCO X3 PRO as Replacement and also the MRP of POCO X3 PRO is Rs. 23, 999/- and the MRP of Redmi Note 10 Pro is Rs. 19, 999/-. In this regard, I requested that replace the same POCO X3 PRO as replacement of damaged one for with in warranty period or refund full of Invoice amount of Rs. 18, 999/- immediately, otherwise I will approach consumer forum for suitable law full remedy.
But, since they are no response to me.
Hence, we are expecting your help in this matter regarding.
