I have purchased Redmi 50inch smart TV in Oct'22 and it went faulty in Nov'22. Complaint has been registered and the technical person has physically visited my home on 28-Nov-2022 and taken videos and left saying unit is faulty and need to be repaired/replaced. Initially commitment was to resolve my issue in first week of Dec'22 but I did not get any kind of response from Xiaomi. Later in Dec'22 first week myself again called customer service([protected]) and they said by 12th Dec it would be resolved, I have waited till the date given and no further action has been taken. Again I have called on 12 Dec to customer care and got update that by 23rd Dec issue would be addressed. Till now no one has approached/contacted me to address this issue.
Multiple times I have called customer care, sent multiple reminders to (service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, grievance.[protected]@xiaomi.com,
[protected]@xiaomi.com) every time they say only one word issue is with backend team and they haven't updated the details they will call back me and at end on one calls me.
If the spare part is not available why the entire unit is not getting replaced or else amount is not refunded back by taking back the faulty TV which is under warranty.
