I have purchased MI TV from your Digi1 store Panvel on 17-Sep-2022.
On 1st Nov 2022, TV's screen suddenly stopped working, I have registered a complaint with customer care with request token number as M5195796 and till now no service is provided from Xiaomi INDIA
I am contineously following up with Digi1 and MI service provider but till date there is no update.
Clearly we are extremely disappointed by this purchase and pathetic customer service from MI. Was this information helpful? |
